The rest of Thanksgiving

The 1st night Kaellyn and Briss spent the night at Bobs house while I stayed at Mike and Jills.  Briss didn't take the camera so theres no pictures of them there.  On Friday I was still pretty sick so we just stayed at Mike and Jills house while everyone played together.  It was a good time.  Unfortunately, Kaellyn did not sleep at all that night so by Saturday Briss and I were exhausted and just wanted to go home.  Overall, it was a fun time.

Thanksgiving

I woke up around 8 am and the whole family was in the car and on the way to Buffalo by 9:30.  We arrived right around 11:30 and ate lunch around 12:30.  I was not feeling well at all due to a cold but it was a good day nonetheless.

Getting ready for Thanksgiving

I had my friend Jess over and her two sons Mason (2) and Austin (6).  We made Indian headdresses and then watched Pocahontas.  Then when Briss came home he helped me make 20 pounds of mashed potatoes for the family thanksgiving the next day.

The 1st snowfall

Happened on the 6th of November so I made hot chocolate for Kaellyn and I to celebrate.  The snow only lasted a few hours but it was still fun.

Veterans Day

Briss had Veterans Day off which was good.  We had a big breakfast with strawberry waffles and played around for a bit.  Then decided to take Kaellyn to the Zoo because it was a gorgeous 61 degrees here in Erie.

Family day at the zoo
After the zoo we took Kaellyn home for a nap.  Once she woke up we ran some errands at Wal Mart and then went to Olive Garden for dinner.  Being active duty military Briss got a free entree which was awesome!  A very good Veterans Day!
