Briss and Eric Birthday

We had a great time for Briss' birthday.  Eric and Grandma Donna came down on Tuesday night around 7pm and had some time with Kaellyn.  Poor Briss didn't get home from work until 10:15 and was exhausted.  And then because he didn't finish his paperwork he had to leave for work at 5am on Wednesday on his birthday.  I felt so badly for him.  However, Eric, Donna, Kaellyn and I had a good day.  We played some video games and read some books.  I did bring Briss a piece of cake and had lunch with him for a few minutes while he was at work so he had a bit of fun.  He got off work around 7:30pm (which is early) and so we had a birthday dinner together.  I made him bruschetta and tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.  He loves tomatoes but they give him horrible heartburn but he he decided to just eat a lot of tums that night.  It was a simple but fun birthday.
