My Birthday Night

After the party ended around 5:30 I made my favourite meal of spaghetti and mushrooms.  Then Kaellyn and I sat down for dinner.  It was delicious.  After dinner we watched Spice World which is also a tradition of mine and Kaellyn loves this movie because of all the singing and dancing.  Unfortunately, Briss didn't get home until 10:15 so Kaellyn didn't get to tell him about the fun party.  And I didn't get to spend too much time with him.  O well, it's how his job is.  When he did get home though we had some British candy bars that I found which made my night end in a fun way. 

It was a great 27th birthday and I feel very blessed!!!

The next morning I had Kaellyn open the presents from my parents and she had a fun time doing that. 

My Birth Day!!

On my birthday the 17th Kaellyn and I woke up and had bagels with strawberry cream cheese and fresh strawberries.  I also had my favourite tea which is Prince of Wales tea.  I've had this same birthday breakfast for almost 7 years now.  After breakfast we cuddled and then took baths and showers.  Kaellyn had a pink bubble bath and we also did facials.  Then we painted our nails bright pink.  It was fun and girly. 
After bathing we decorated the house for the party later in the day.  Kaellyn then took her nap and I got ready.  All my decorations were bright pink and had very girly quotes.

The guests were invited to arrive at 3:03 pm which is the time that I was born.  Tara, Elizabeth and Cody were the first to arrive, followed by Melissa and the others.  It was a really snowy day so quite a few people couldn't make it and I understand.  It wasn't great driving conditions.  But we all had a great time.

So it was a great and fun day and I was so grateful to be able to have a weekend in Pittsburgh with friends and then an Erie birthday with friends.  I'm very blessed to have such good friends in this state.
